The replacements of the items are subject to inspection and checking by the www.sawariyagem.in team.
Damage due to neglect and improper use will not be covered under our Return and Replacement Policy.
The product should be accompanied by the original product certificate and original/copy of invoice, packaging, documentation, laboratory certificate, discount coupon, etc.
For loose gems, with invoice value, up to Rs.49,999: You can return the gems with 100% money back within a period of 10 days by meeting the above conditions.
For loose gems, with an invoice value of Rs 50,000 and above: You can receive a replacement or 100% store credit within a period of 10 days by meeting the above conditions.
Any custom jewelry (rings, pendants, bracelets, etc.) made for you is non-refundable. However, you may request a store credit of 75% of your invoice value for use for future purchases on our website.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Return shipment is at the cost of the customer.
In addition, any additional lab certificates that may have been provided free of charge with the gem will not be refunded in return payment.
Returns will take 7-10 business days to be processed (from the date the product is received at our address). Please note that the credit card company/bank may take another week for this to reflect in your account.
