Return & Exchange Policy
Our 7-Day Return Window
We offer a transparent and simple 7-day return and replacement policy on eligible products. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery.
We are not liable for any return requests raised after this 7-day window. So please check your order carefully as soon as it arrives.
What Can Be Returned?
✅ Loose Gemstones (up to ₹49,999 invoice value)
You can return loose gemstones and receive a 100% money-back refund, provided all return conditions below are met.
✅ Loose Gemstones (₹50,000 and above invoice value)
For higher-value loose gemstones, you are eligible for either a replacement or 100% store credit for future purchases on our website, within 7 days of delivery.
✅ Rudraksh & Bracelets
Standard Rudraksh and bracelet products can be returned within 7 days if they meet all the return conditions listed below and are in original, unused condition.
⚠️ Customised Jewellery (Rings, Pendants, Bracelets made to order)
Custom jewellery is made specifically for you. Therefore, customised orders are non-refundable. However, if you are genuinely dissatisfied, we offer a store credit of 75% of your invoice value, which you can use for any future purchase on our website.
Return Eligibility Conditions
For your return to be accepted, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition
- All original packaging must be intact — including the box, pouch, and any protective wrapping
- The original lab certificate / gemstone certificate must be included
- The original invoice or a copy must accompany the return
- Any free additional certificates, coupons, or gifts received with the order must also be returned
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- The product must not show any signs of damage due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling — such damage is not covered under our return policy
Important: All returns are subject to inspection and approval by the Sawariya Gems & Rudraksh team. We reserve the right to decline a return if the above conditions are not met.
What Is NOT Eligible for Return?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customised or personalised jewellery made to your specific requirements
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Products returned without original certification or packaging
- Products where the return request is raised after 10 days of delivery
- Products that have been worn, altered, or resized
How to Initiate a Return
Returning a product is simple. Just follow these steps:
Step 1 — Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email at sawariyagem@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91-7532001001.
Step 2 — Share the following details:
- Your order number and invoice
- Clear photos of the product (all sides) and its packaging
- A short description of the reason for return
- An unboxing video if the product arrived damaged (strongly recommended)
Step 3 — Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and let you know if your return is approved.
Step 4 — Once approved, carefully pack the product with all original contents and ship it to our address:

💡 Packaging Tip: When labelling your return parcel, please do not write words like “gemstones,” “precious,” or “jewellery” on the outside of the package. This is to avoid unwanted attention or theft during transit.

We are fully confident in the authenticity of every product we sell. Each gemstone comes with a lab certificate from a recognised laboratory.
If any product is proven to be not natural or synthetic by an independent, recognised laboratory, we will issue a 100% full refund — no questions asked. This authenticity guarantee applies for the lifetime of your purchase.
Refund Policy
When Will You Receive Your Refund?
Once we receive your returned product at our address and our team has inspected and approved it, your refund will be processed within 4–7 business days.
If your refund was paid via credit card or bank account, please allow an additional 3–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Refund Methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds via cash or cheque.

What Is Not Refundable?
Please note that the following are not refundable under any circumstances:
- Original shipping charges — the delivery fee paid at checkout is non-refundable
- Return shipping cost — the cost of sending the product back to us is borne by the customer
- Payment gateway charges (if applicable)
- Additional lab certificates provided free of charge with your order — these will not be refunded in the return settlement
Cancellation Policy
Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes, you can cancel your order — but the timing matters. Here is a clear breakdown:
Cancellation Before Dispatch
Within 2 Hours of Placing the Order
If you cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, you are entitled to a 100% full refund — no deductions, no questions.
After 2 Hours — Loose Gemstones & Standard Products (Before Dispatch)
If you cancel after the 2-hour window but before the product is dispatched, a 10% handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
After 2 Hours — Customised Jewellery & Beads (Before Dispatch)
For customised orders cancelled after 2 hours but before dispatch, a 30% damage-risk and handling fee will be deducted. This is because custom work is started immediately after order placement.
Cancellation After Dispatch (Before Delivery)
If your order has already been dispatched and you wish to cancel it:
Loose Gemstones & Standard Products
A 30% handling fee plus shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Customised Jewellery & Beads
A 50% damage-risk and handling fee plus shipping charges will be deducted.

Packaging

Missed Delivery
Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after all attempts, the package will be returned to us. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at your provided address.

If the product is unused and in original condition, you may return it within 10 days. Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Q: Do you offer free return shipping?
