Which hand do I wear the 7 chakra bracelet on?

Most people wear it on the left hand. In Vedic tradition, the left side is your receiving side — energy flows in through the left. That said, if the left doesn’t feel right for you, trust your instinct. There’s no rule that overrides how you feel.

Can I wear it every day?

Yes, and most customers do. The lava stone is durable, the elastic band holds up well, and the beads are polished smooth so they won’t irritate your skin. Just take it off before swimming or bathing — water and elastic don’t agree long-term.

What’s the lava stone actually for?
